1) First, the congress picked three members out of COM (Communist Association) preparatory committee and its secretariat as chairpersons, belonging to the National Congress Aiming at the New Worker's Party, Worker's Network, and IEG ("Internationalism" Editing Group) respectively. Then, Momo Iida, a representative of COM (Communist Association) preparatory committee delivered a opening speech.

2) Second, Ai Ikuta and Hiroshi Tsumura, representatives of COM (Communist Association) preparatory committee and its secretariat, belonging CECOP (the Congress of Establishing Communist Party) and IEG ("Internationalism" Editing Group) respectively, made reports on Joint Appeal of Founding Congress of COM (draft), the common rules (draft), preparing process, political and organizational activities in future, publishing joint paper, opening web site, international solidarity, and financing.

3) Third, after messages from revolutionary and leftist orgnizations abroad was introduced, all attendance expressed each standpoint with self-introduction.

4) Forth, delegates discussing the matters above, all proposals, partly revised, were adopted. The congress named our organization COM-Future (Communist Association-Future).

5) After discussing on-going situation and our burning task, the congress elected members of National Coordinating Body, director general of secretariat and its sub-director.

6) Finally, Minoru Nakamura who is one of leading figure of unemployed workes movement in Kansai region, belonging CECOP (the Congress of Establishing Communist Party), made a closing speech.

The success of the founding congress of COM-Future will pave the way to advance Japanese communist movement.
